Commission Process
♦ Payment ♦
- 50/50 - Half before I start working, half before receiving the final file.
- Through Paypal in USD only.
- Prices do not included Paypal taxes (aprox. +10% of the invoice valor).
- Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
- Communication is important, so remember to be as clear as possible. There can be extra charges if I have to deal with constant alterations due to miscommunication.
- In case we negociate for a slot in the months to come i'll charge 20% of the commission value upfront, as to secure the slot.
- On paying my invoice you’re confirming that you’re aware of my ToS and that you have read it.

Please be aware that:
♦ Some steps ♦
- After we negotiate a price, I’ll send you the invoice and will start working after confirming the payment.
- The request will be done step by step and on each step, I’ll send you an update and ask for feedback. After it gets approved, I won't be coming back to change big things in later stages. Updates are made at least once a week.
- For live2d commissions, you'll receive videos or gifs of the commission progress.
- I'll only send the final file after the commission is fully paid.
Terms of Service
♦ On paying my invoices, you're both confirming and agreeing to the following terms, conditions and information:
| (1) | Your commission is for personal use only You cannot resell any of my work without prior agreement. If you want my work for commercial/business purposes email me at daisyb3ll.art@gmail.com so we can further discuss the matter. * LIVE 2D COMMISSIONS * I won't provide you with the cmo3 file. You are allowed to use your model however you want, aside from reselling or editing my work without prior consent. You can use your model commercially while streaming or producing content, but you can't resell your model/rig. |

| (2) | I reserve the right to use any finished commission I make as I see fit I reserve the right to use any commission I made in order to promote myself and post it on social media, unless we both have explicitly agreed that I can’t do that. |

| (3) | 50% of the TOTAL agreed value is non refundable If you for any the reason decide to cancel the request but I am already working on your request, this portion of the payment is used to buy a spot on my work queue, so it won’t ever be refunded. Please be aware that the “50% of the value” refers to the total price agreed, so it’s irrelevant the price paid in specific invoices. |

| (4) | You’re only eligible for a full refund if I, the artist, decide to not work on your piece anymore for reasons not directly related to said piece; or; after paying you send me an email asking for updates and I don't answer within two weeks For example: if I get ill, if I simply can't complete the task anymore, etc, as long as the reason isn't directly related to the work in question a refund is eligible. I will NOT give a full refund in cases that I refuse to work further on a commission due to disagreements with the client, excessive unprofessional behaviors and unreasonable demands regarding what we’ve agreed on. |

| (7) | I DO NOT allow any non-fungible token (NFT) to be made using any of my works | |
| (8) | I DO NOT allow the use of my art/commissions in training AI/ML models | |
